Why not a 1/10? It seems like you find this movie so utterly unsalvageable that it would be pointless to give it any score other than that.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02407038693737634467noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14812333.post-81727857617433511632013-01-09T18:45:18.548-06:002013-01-09T18:45:18.548-06:00Trish- Oh Gawd. Let's see what happens when we get that far, I'll have five Tinkerbell movies fresh in my head at that point, and probably not looking for any more suffering...

Damian- Not more offensive than the animation itself.

Brian- I KNOW! One of their biggest DTV hits ever. This is why we can't have nice things.

Meg- The concept of CIII is certainly intriguing. At any rate, it is a single narrative, and that alone means it wins.

McAlister- I am aware of it, though I haven't gotten around to it; one of those things on the very large pile of books I need to get to if I ever write my own proper Disney book. Do you recommend it, I take it?

Coughka, David- I will officially never be able to unsee bedroom eyes in Disney films for the rest of my life. And such a collage would be awesome, but I am not at all certain I pity the person tasked with finding it.

prestohotel- I hadn't actually thought about the DTV villains in those terms, but I like that question. Using my Ranked Villain List as a basis... between #26 and #27, I'd say, though as I look at that list, it could do with some tweaking.Timhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09491952893581644049noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14812333.post-24907112531678449112013-01-09T17:44:24.515-06:002013-01-09T17:44:24.515-06:00Tim, I have to ask you this since I never got a ch...Tim, I have to ask you this since I never got a chance: where does Zira rank on your villain list? I must say, it's something that's been bugging me a bit.

Onto the movie: a piece of shit from top to bottom. I actually sat through this, and it really hurt how awful the story and dialogue were: in particular the latter. It's like a barrage of aggravating phonemes being spewed into your ear, a syringe spewing the most rancid water into your eardrums. Awful.

But do get back to me on Zira.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14812333.post-33614376662430974212013-01-09T10:49:39.708-06:002013-01-09T10:49:39.708-06:00@Coughka, I will never be able to forget those Lio...@Coughka, I will never be able to forget those Lioness bedroom eyes from the Lion King.
